Does the tool add the shadow outside the original image bounds?

Yes. The canvas is automatically expanded to accommodate the shadow, so the full shadow is visible without clipping the original image content.

What image format works best?

PNG with a transparent background works best — the shadow appears around the actual subject. For JPG images, the shadow appears around the rectangular canvas.

Can I add more than one shadow?

Yes. You can stack unlimited shadow layers. Add as many shadows as you need, adjust each layer's blur, offset, spread, color, and opacity, then reorder them to control which appear on top.

What is spread radius?
