All tools are provided free of charge without requiring an account or registration. We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, or remove any tool at any time without prior notice. The availability of a specific tool does not constitute a guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Images Tool Box does not require you to create an account to use the Website. You may access and use all tools as an anonymous visitor. For a small number of tools that require server-side processing, your files are uploaded over a secure HTTPS connection, processed, and then permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain copies of your uploaded files.

You retain full ownership and copyright of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant Images Tool Box a temporary, limited license solely to process that file and return the result to you. This license terminates as soon as processing is complete.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any file you submit through the Website. Do not upload files that contain confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information about yourself or others unless you understand how that data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
