What files are included in the downloaded zip?

The zip contains one PNG per tile, a CSS file with background-position class definitions, and a JSON file with pixel coordinates for each tile.

Can I use custom tile sizes instead of equal grid divisions?

The slicer divides the image equally based on the row and column count you set. For tiles of exact pixel sizes, make sure your source image dimensions are divisible by your grid.

What formats are supported for upload?

Any image format your browser supports works, including JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Tiles are always exported as PNG to preserve quality.

Is there a file size limit?

Processing runs in your browser, so there is no server-side limit. Images up to 20MB work well in most browsers.

Does the tool work for non-square grids?

Yes. You can set any combination of rows and columns, such as 3 columns and 6 rows, to get 18 unevenly shaped tiles.
