Can I rename files across subfolders?

Yes. Use the Select Folder button which triggers the browser's directory picker. All files including subfolders are loaded, and subfolder paths are preserved in the output ZIP.

Is there a file count limit?

There is no hard limit in the tool itself. Browser performance degrades above a few thousand files, but typical batch sizes of hundreds of files work smoothly.
